This Agreement is made between RightDoor.pk and you (the User).
In this Agreement, the following capitalized terms shall have the following meanings:
"Effective Date" - the date from which this agreement will be affected.
"Intellectual Property Rights"- all intellectual property that may include copyrights, patents, registered or unregistered design rights, database rights, trademarks and service marks, applications for any of the preceding, together with all trade secrets, know-how, confidential information, proprietary knowledge, licences or any consent in relation to any such rights or other intellectual and industrial property rights having the similar effects to any of these that may subsist in anywhere in the world.
"Material" - all the material provided to the User/customer or all the content published on the Website
"Registration Details" – the details the User must provide on registering for the Website including name, phone numbers, email address, or address.
"Service" - the provision of the Website as a property portal or any other service provided by RighDoor.pk.
"Unacceptable" - Material which under the laws of any jurisdiction from which the Website may be accessed may be considered either:-

RightDoor.pk owns all Intellectual Property Rights in the Website and the Service, which may include but not limited to the design, text, graphics, selection, and arrangement.
RightDoor.pk reserves the right to take serious action against the reported or actual violation of Intellectual Property Rights and fraud. Also, RightDoor.pk will not be liable in relation to such issues and request all Users to report such matters and inform the appropriate authorities immediately.
Users can send comments relating to the integrity and performance of other Users to RightDoor.pk via email.
The User will not transmit the Material that is designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of the Website or the Service.
The User will not use any automated software to view the Service without permission and manual access to the Service.
The User will not use the Service other than for any personal use or as agent listing properties for sale and rent.
The User will not attempt to copy any Material or take any action relevant to the Material without RightDoor.pk's consent.
The User will not use any Service in any manner that will be illegal, immoral, or harmful to RightDoor.pk.
The User will not use any Service in infringement of any policy or other notice on the Website.

The User will not interfere with any other User's engagement with the Website or the Service.
The User will not transmit materials preserved by copyright without the owner’s permission.
The User will avoid offensive or abusive manners while using the Website or the Service.
With the submission of Material on the Website, the User confers a royalty-free, continuous, and inevitable right and license to utilize, distribute, display, or edit the Material. Additionally, it grants RightDoor.pk sole right to remove or edit the Material at any time. Last but not least, RightDoor.pk will not pay the User any fees for any Material.
The User has authority to post Material on the Website but as per the procedure guided by the RightDoor.pk. Besides, the Material must not be illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise unacceptable to RightDoor.pk.
RightDoor.pk has the right to terminate any Service agreement without providing any notice and reason to the User. After cancellation, 14 working days will be provided to the User for paying any outstanding statement relating to the Service agreement.
Any User who enters into any agreement with RightDoor.pk will not employ or offer employment directly or indirectly to any employee of RightDoor.pk or other members during the period of any Agreement and up to one year after the termination or expiry of the Agreement. Further, Users cannot acquire any direct or indirect service from employees other than the services mentioned in their Agreement with RightDoor.pk for the period already mentioned above.
